REDLANDS WAREHOUSES
3 warehouse facilities in Redland, CA upgraded their current lighting around their warehouse and loading docks to efficient, energy saving LED lighting. SolarMax LED installed area lights and wall packs to the sides of the buildings to illuminate the area to promote safer working conditions.

MAX GROUP
SolarMax LED provided onsite lighting survey, design, and installation to dramatically improve their lighting conditions. 150W LED flood light replaced 400W Mercury Vapor which resulted in a 67% energy saving; 100W LED area light replaced 250W MH pole light, which resulted in 66% energy savings. The new and upgraded LED lighting enhanced the lumen output, safety, and productivity for this busy distribution warehouse.
AIT
SolarMax LED designed 160W LED linear high bay lights with embedded sensor that aligned with their warehouse racks. The new lighting enhanced the brightness by 25% and reduced the energy cost by 50%+. We installed 100W LED area lights on the exterior wall, saving AIT approximately 65% on their energy consumption. The office is also retrofitted with LED T8 lamps from fluorescent lamps. AIT now has a 15% brighter office with 44% energy savings.

ADVANTAGE BUSINESS GROUP
The fluorescent T8 lamps were retrofitted with LED T8 lamps, but the fixture remained unchanged in order to achieve 44% energy savings and reduce installation time; the incandescent light bulbs were replaced with LED light bulbs to achieve 60% energy saving; and the HID lights in the parking lot were replaced with LED wall packs to achieve 65% energy saving.
